Partner Terms
Last updated: 27 July 2026. For restaurants and delivery partners on Flavours.
Who this applies to
- These Partner Terms govern restaurants, cloud kitchens, and delivery partners who use Flavours partner apps or are onboarded to the platform.
- By registering, applying, or continuing to use partner tools, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Restaurant partners
- You must hold valid licences required by law, including FSSAI registration or licence for food businesses in India.
- Provide accurate menu, pricing, allergen, and veg/non-veg information. You are responsible for food quality, hygiene, and lawful preparation.
- Accept or reject orders promptly. Repeated avoidable rejections or excessive delays may affect visibility or partnership status.
- GSTIN and tax invoices must be issued where applicable per Indian law. Flavours may display your GSTIN/FSSAI on customer receipts.
Delivery partners (riders)
- You must hold a valid driving licence and vehicle documents as required for your vehicle type, and follow all traffic laws.
- Maintain professional conduct with customers and restaurant staff. Do not tamper with orders or misuse customer contact details.
- Use the partner app honestly for availability, location, and delivery confirmation (including OTP where required).
- You are an independent service provider, not an employee of Flavours, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Onboarding & documents
- Before activation or payouts, we may collect and verify: FSSAI, PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), bank account details, cancelled cheque or bank proof, identity and address proof, and vehicle documents for riders.
- Providing false or expired documents is grounds for suspension or termination.
- Document verification may be completed via admin review, WhatsApp, or in-app uploads as we roll out self-serve onboarding.
Payments & settlements
- Restaurant payouts are based on delivered and eligible orders per the platform settlement schedule, minus agreed commission and adjustments.
- Rider earnings depend on completed deliveries, incentives, tips, and COD cash settlement rules shown in the rider app.
- Payouts require valid bank details. Flavours is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.
Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or remove partners for fraud, safety issues, repeated customer complaints, legal non-compliance, or breach of these terms.
- You may stop using the platform by contacting support and settling any outstanding balances.
Liability
- Restaurants are primarily liable for the food they prepare. Riders are responsible for safe transport from pickup to handover.
- To the extent permitted by law, Flavours' liability to partners is limited to fees paid to the platform in the prior month for the specific dispute.
